Our package for two includes: A one-night stay in a Suite Junior Buffet breakfast at L'Orangerie New Year's Eve dinner at L'Orangerie and Versailles Access to the Spa & Fitness Center and the heated pool on the 11th floor RATE: USD 1950 + TAX The hotel will apply the MEP dollar exchange rate in effect on the payment date to all transactions. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars, excluding taxes, and are based on double occupancy, per night, per room. The total cost, including VAT, is USD 2,360. This rate is valid for reservations made exclusively between December 2 and December 10, 2025, and applies to stays from December 31, 2025, to January 1, 2026. Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to 21 days before arrival: no penalty. Cancellations made less than 21 days before arrival: a penalty equivalent to 100% of the booking value will apply. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions. An additional night can be booked at the best available rate. Images of the rooms are for illustrative purposes only. The décor, furnishings, and style may vary based on availability at check-in, as each suite is unique.

NEW REGULATIONS FOR NON RESIDENTS GUESTS

CITY TAX - LAW NR. 6278 Due to government regulations, starting on March 1, 2020, guests with permanent residency outside of Argentina will be charged a city tax of USD 1.50 per person per night, not included in the rate. This tax applies to all guests over 12 years old and will be charged to the guest at check-out time.   VAT REFUND 21% VAT will not be charged when booking a hotel room or a hotel room, including breakfast. This benefit is only for non-Argentinean residents who pay for their reservation by credit card or wire transfer (*). (*) ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS Be a tourist with permanent residency outside of Argentina. Please provide a copy of your passport and proof of immigration. For neighboring countries, please submit a foreign document and evidence of migration. Pay by credit card not issued in Argentina or by international wire transfer. The stay in the country should not exceed 90 days. In case of a no-show or late cancellation, 21% VAT will be added to the penalty fee.
